Regional emergency medical transfer services are also available from Belize to Mérida, Cancun, San Pedro Sula and Guatemala City. The experience of our staff and crew make it easy for you.

All passengers aboard a medical transfer flight must be medically stable, pose no risk to other passengers or crew, and be expected to require no medical assistance for the duration of the flight.
