This Fare Policy forms part of Tropic Air’s Conditions of Carriage and applies to all tickets issued by Tropic Air. Tropic Air offers a variety of fare options designed to accommodate different travel needs. Each fare includes a unique combination of baggage allowances, flexibility, and travel benefits. Fare availability may vary by route and is subject to seat availability at the time of booking.

Passengers should carefully review the fare benefits before completing their reservation, as the rules associated with each fare apply throughout the life of the ticket.

Lite

Lite
Lite is our lowest available fare and is designed for travelers with fixed travel plans who are looking for the best available price.
This fare includes:

  • Personal item allowance of two (2) items
  • No Exchanges allowed
  • Option to purchase Fare Refund Protection during booking, which will be refunded in the form of travel credit, subject to the Fare Refund Protection Terms & Conditions.
  • Sky Rewards miles and points

Lite does not include complimentary checked baggage or itinerary changes. Additional baggage may be purchased in accordance with the Baggage Policy.

Everyday (BZE-DOMESTIC ITINERARY)
Everyday is our most popular standard fare and offers additional convenience for most travelers.
This fare includes:

  • Personal item allowance of two (2) items
  • One (1) free checked bag
  • One (1) free exchange
  • Option to purchase Fare Refund Protection during booking, which may be refunded in the form of travel credit or original form of payment.
  • Sky Rewards miles and points

Everyday is ideal for travelers who need checked baggage but do not require additional itinerary flexibility.

Flexi (BZE-DOMESTIC ITINERARY)
Flexi is designed for travelers whose plans may change.
This fare includes:

  • Personal item allowance of two (2) items
  • Two (2) free checked bags
  • Two (2) free exchanges
  • Fare Refund Protection included up to 75% of the fare, which may be refunded in the form of travel credit or original form of payment.
  • Sky Rewards miles and points

If additional itinerary changes are required after the included change has been used, applicable fare rules and charges may apply.

Flexi Plus (BZE-DOMESTIC ITINERARY)
Flexi Plus offers the greatest flexibility and the highest level of included benefits.

  • This fare includes:
    Personal item allowance of two (2) items
    Three (3) complimentary checked bags
    Unlimited free exchanges
    Fare Refund Protection included 100% of the fare, which may be refunded in the form of travel credit or original form of payment.
    Sky Rewards miles and points

Flexi Plus is recommended for travelers who anticipate changes to their itinerary or require the greatest level of flexibility.

Local
Local is our standard fare available on domestic routes that do not operate through Philip Goldson International Airport (BZE).
This fare includes:

  • Personal item allowance of two (2) items
  • One (1) free checked bag
  • One (1) free exchange
  • Sky Rewards miles and points

Local is intended for travelers whose plans are unlikely to change.

Business
Business is designed for travelers requiring additional flexibility on Non-BZE domestic routes.
This fare includes:

  • Personal item allowance of two (2) items
  • Two (2) free checked bags
  • Two (2) free exchanges
  • Sky Rewards miles and points

Business is recommended for passengers traveling for work or those who may require greater flexibility before departure.

Not all fare products are available on every route. Fare availability depends on the itinerary selected, demand, operational requirements, and seat inventory available at the time of booking.

Benefits included with each fare apply only to the passenger and itinerary for which the ticket was purchased. Unused benefits have no cash value and may not be transferred to another passenger or ticket.

Change, cancellation, and refund eligibility depends on the fare purchased. Name changes are not permitted after ticket issuance. Minor name corrections of up to three (3) characters may be permitted to correct typographical errors. Please refer to our Cancellation, Refund & Change Policy for complete details regarding ticket modifications and refunds.

Checked baggage allowances are determined by the fare purchased. For baggage dimensions, additional baggage fees, excess baggage, and restricted items, please refer to our Baggage Policy.

Where available, Fare Refund Protection may be purchased during the booking process or is included with select fare types. Coverage, eligibility, exclusions, and claim requirements are governed by the Fare Refund Protection Policy.
