TROPIC AIR RESUMES DOMESTIC FLIGHTS TO SAN PEDRO & COROZAL
Tropic Air announces that effective Wednesday, September 2nd, 2020, we will be resuming flights between San Pedro and Corozal and between San Pedro, Caye Caulker, and Belize City Municipal.
TROPIC AIR TO RESUME CANCUN FLIGHTS ON OCTOBER 12
Tropic Air will resume flights between Belize International Airport (BZE) and Cancun, Mexico (CUN) on Monday, October 12th, 2020. Initially, flights will operate twice weekly, on Mondays and Fridays, and are open for reservations at the new tropicair.com.
TROPIC AIR USING ULTRAVIOLET C LIGHT TO STERILIZE AIRCRAFT
As part of its continuing response to the issues surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic, and in keeping with its commitment to the health and wellness of its customers and employees, Tropic Air, has added an Ultraviolet C (UV-C) light sterilization process to its aircraft cleaning protocol.
TROPIC AIR AMENDS PASSENGER AND CARGO SCHEDULE
Due to the National State of Emergency brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic, all passenger flights to and from San Pedro have been suspended for at least the next 14 days. Cargo flights to and from San Pedro continue, but the schedule has changed.
TROPIC AIR TEMPORARILY SUSPENDS FLIGHTS TO / FROM SAN PEDRO
Due to the National State of Emergency brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic, effective tomorrow August 7, all passenger flights to/from San Pedro, Ambergris Caye are suspended.
TROPIC AIR RESUMES PLACENCIA FLIGHTS
Tropic Air will resume flights to the Placencia peninsula on Monday, August 10. Flights will operate three times weekly via the Riversdale Airstrip at the northern end of the peninsula. This is due to the ongoing construction at the airstrip in town.
REMINDER: WEARING OF FACE COVERINGS ON AIRCRAFT
We would like to remind our customers that face coverings are required by law at the airport and while traveling aboard our aircraft. Customers are also required to wear a face covering in order to board the plane. This regulation applies to all passengers six years of age and older.
TROPIC AIR ADJUSTS ITS SOUTHERN FLIGHT SCHEDULE
Tropic Air announces that, in order to facilitate improvements at the Placencia airstrip, it will be temporarily suspending flights to the peninsula after its last flight on Friday, June 19th. Construction is scheduled to be completed by November 22nd, and we shall resume full service, including Blue Hole Tours, shortly thereafter.
